Shipping via Canada Post.

Lettermail (with no tracking) is available if your order fits through the mail slot.

$2 lettermail shipping applies to single scrunchie orders. 

Whatever does not fit through the mail slot will have to be shipped as an Expedited Parcel.

If you selected the wrong shipping option, you will be invoiced the difference and your items will not be shipped until paid.

Expedited  - $16

Headbangerz Hair Co is not responsible for any lost items once the item is with Canada Post.

At this time, Headbangerz Hair Co only ships to the 10 Canadian Provinces (excluding the territories)

Turnaround time is 3 to 8 business days from the date of your order.  This does not include custom orders. 

Processing timeframe for custom orders will be provided once your order is confirmed.

Processing time frame does not include shipping timeframe.    

Due to the nature of our products and the inspection we provide each order before shipping out, we cannot accept returns or refunds at this time.   

Exceptions are made for default/damaged products.  Exchanges or store credit on a situational basis will be provided in such events.

Damaged items
Please inspect your order upon receiving them and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered.  Please contact us at headbangerzhairco.com within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.  
Depending on the case, we will work out an exchange or provide a refund.
